Hardware Rant of the Day
Another fun day in colo-land. Todays hardware rant
(apart from the keyboard with a non-functioning
space-bar - how much use is that?) is the people
at Intel who designed a server with 1 serial port
(RJ-45) which for some reason they made COM2 and
not COM1 as you would expect. Of course, I only
discover this after trying several different
cables (including one I crimped myself). Argh.
OK, that's enough lynx posted LJ for one day. Time to go home...
