BTD

Tonight went to the annual dinner of the Invariants - mostly just because I'll take any excuse to dress up in black tie, but also for the food and the socialising. After the food, we did t00by photocalls before retiring to the bar where silly towers were built from plastic cups and drunken chess was played. On the downside, when I got home, I discovered I'd lost a cuff link :-( Oh, well...

Starter: Artickoke, Palm Hearts and Red Onion Salad
Main course: Breast of Pheasant with traditional trimmings (apparently including crumble topping)
Pudding: Rasberry Sorbet in a Brandy Snap Basket garnished with Exotic Fruits

*smiles* I like them both, but when I asked for pics, they didn't have to be of you dressed up. I just thought that was a good opening! Plus I was intrigued by the idea of a man in a tux - call me silly if you like. If you manage to find any other pics of yourself, I'd like to see them as well. :)

OK, well I've managed to find two photos of me for your Valentine's Day pleasure. Firstly, we have this one from about a year ago, featuring my striking a t00by pose at the top of a mountain pass. Lastly, we have this one from more than eight years ago - my Matriculation photo from when I first came up to Oxford.
