Harry Potter and the Secret Chamberpot of Azerbaijan

It seems that French & Saunders and co. are doing a Harry Potter spoof (video requires the evil Real player) for Comic Relief - looks like it could be fun.

One other thing from the weekend: we saw this truly awful commercial (you'll need Windows Media Player) for ebay. After suffering through that piece of Sinatra-murdering, I won't be shopping there again...

I rather liked that commercial. Most commercials in the U.S. feature "perfect" looking people wearing perfect clothes and doing everything perfectly. I thought the commercial kind of reflected the garage [car boot] sale/cheesy aspect of eBay.
Eeeeeeee!!!!!!! I love French and Saunders! I want to see this! Too bad I won't get to, stupid American television. And all they ever play on BBC America is Changing Rooms or whatever the heck it is. *pouts*

And I canNOT believe you went and dredged up that commercial! I was attempting to somehow purge that 2 minutes from my memory of the weekend while not losing anything else. Sadly I was not succeeding in any case. -.-
Well I'm not making any promises (this is an area wher my memory really does suck), but I can try and video it for you. I'm sure we can manage to find the time to watch it while you're over here.
*big smooch* The other promises you've made are much more important. If you try to remember, that's more than good enough for me.
*giggles*

That's good - if I had a dollar for every time I got into trouble with my ex for forgetting to video stuff then I could probably afford another flight to Chicago ;-)

I think you look a little bit like Timothy Dalton as Bond in this piccy.
I don't know if your girl would agree (or approve of my comment)?

Oddree
Well, the whole un-tied bow tie thing is *so* Bond, and I'd have to agree that I look more like Dalton than any of the others.
Miranda Richardson: the Hermione it's okay to fancy?
...because Alas Emma Watson Is Far Too Young.

But hey, I already have a Hermione it's okay to fancy.
*laughs* I should hope it's more than okay to fancy me, Harry. ;P
Or should that be "okay to more than fancy you" ;)
More than fancy? *melts*
I see you list "mao" as one of your interests. Is that a game of some sort? If so can you talk about it? Please will you explain the rules? ;0)

I'm Marsh/Mike BTW, a friend of RPB's and also of quisalan. Pleased to meet you...
The only rule I can tell you is this one.

Um, and is that RPB as in my boss?
Explaining the rules *hands penalty card*. And yes, that RPB.
