By the power of nForce!

Yay! Finally have swanky new work computer fully functional. It is fast and wonderful (hey, web pages can scroll smoothly? Yes, there were some minor difficulties getting the dual monitors working nicely - to start with, it would only give me 640x480 on each screen when using both - complaining about memory bandwidth. I managed to tweak it up to 800x600, but beyond that it all went nasty. The solution? Add a second DIMM so that the integrated graphics can use the dual memory controllers for double the bandwidth. Yay! 1152x864x24x2! And am so broken up about being forced to have an extra 256Mb of RAM.

Watched The Matrix again this evening. Wah! Need sequels now! Not 4 weeks tomorrow!

Oh, and finally a spammish "Eww!" - junk email advertising sexy lingerie ends with something along the lines of "Don't forget mothers' day - get your mommy a sexy G-string bikini!"

Right, off to play Halo.

I just rented The Matrix too, since I recently received the latest issue of Premiere. Apparently The Matrix Reloaded will end mid-scene but they will be showing the trailer for Revolutions after the final credits roll and that should help. I want Reloaded now, too
