This is one of those times when I really hate my job. Right now, I should be happily in the Land of Nod, but instead I'm trying to sort out two machines down in London which have spontaneously stopped talking to each other.

Can you do this from home, or do you have to go to the office in Oxford for some reason?

Pretty much anything can be fixed from home that doesn't require physically doing things (and simple stuff can be done by 'phoning the guys at Telehouse/Redbus). It's the interrupted sleep that annoys me - having made a concerted effort to spend half the weekend in bed (alas alone) it's irksome to have my catch-up-on-sleep plan immediately thwarted. :-(
