Movie misdirection...
And the "totally misleading trailer of the week" award goes to Bridge to Terabithia. Given the current cinematic drought, I was happy to catch a…

Best cheese if you want to make a stench? Linberg Cheese. Put that under someone's car seat in the middle of July. Ah good times.

Travel safely and I dearly hope you both enjoy the trip at least as much as all your past ones. :-)

We don't say 'Brie' for a type. There are maybe three cheeses that can specifically be called Brie. Camembert is closer to being a method, but still, it only refers to some more specific cheeses than people seem to think. Not every cheese looking like it and round and in the same kind of box IS camembert.
And Camembert and Bries DEFINITELY don't taste the same. Hmph.

Have a good trip! Buy stringy cheese! *g*

I'm not familiar with detail of Brie, but I do recall that Camembert is tied to a specific region, in the same way that not all sparkling wine is Champagne. Actually, ISTR a news article the other day about the EU expanding this name protection beyond France.
And I didn't say they tasted the same, only that one was like the other. Besides they both vary in flavour considerably with ripeness etc.
*mock-pouts*
Not sure about the string cheese, tho.
BTW, unless I'm having a total brain fade, I don't think you've sent me money for the Nimbus room yet. *hints*

Agreed! I much prefer Brie myself. Brie de Meaux. Mmmmm. I love Brie when it is ripe as hell and smells like something from the dark ages. :D
Interesting fact: cranberry juice and Camembert rind is the worst taste combination ever.

Havarti's fine. I might be moved to say very fine. As for 'American cheese', one of my projects is to look for the Worst Chocolate in the World in the US. If British 'family' chocolate is less real than continental European chocolate, and Hershey's is nastier than British chocolate, then there must be some economy imitiation of Hershey's that's ... what, made from ash?
Have fun!
