Cocktail of the Day

Inventing cocktails can be fun, and it's hard to go wrong with lots of rum and citrus juice...

Three Colours Orange

1oz Navy Rum
1oz Morgan's Spiced
1oz Malibu
½oz Lemon Juice
½oz Lime Juice

Shake and pour into a long glass, top up with Orange Juice.

Here's something I came up with:

- 1 1/2 shots of Vodka (I use Zubrowka Bison Grass, but to be honest, the vodka taste is sort of wiped out, so you may want to use something a little less pricey - vanilla vodka should work well, but I've not tried it yet)
- 1/2 shot of grenadine
- 1/2 shot of blue curaco (or blue Bols)
- 1/2 shot of peach Archers

Served in a large martini glass, topped up with coke (or Cranberry juice). Shots being 25ml in this case...

Normally, cocktail bars will charge you by the shot, if you want to order one, and will charge you for two shots, so you can easily knock off the 1/2 shot of vodka to make it two alcoholic shots...
